PCs

Carlos Camaro is a male driver with two cars: one is a "style" car that's a vintage Camaro with a flaming skull on the hood, the other is a "tank" that's a vintage limo with armor plating and a mounted machine gun.

Cupid is a male Gunlugger (formerly Angel) from Live Oak who believes he is a Greek god.

Duke is a male Gunlugger from Live Oak, seeking to find a stable environment in which to raise his rescued daughter, Quinn.

Lithium is a female Faceless.  She has scrounged armor, a scarred face, hard eyes, and a wiry body.  The party met her in the Facility shortly after encountering Grandma, and Maple killed young Lithium.  She appears to be young Lithium, from the future.

Young Lithium was a female Brainer. She had a pale face, deep eyes, and an awkward an angular body. Her clothing was basically just bandages and strips of linen wrapped around her. At some point in her past, she escaped the Facility, where she may have been experimented on and/or a patient.

Maple Slugknuckle is a strikingly beautiful albeit muscular Battlebabe. She's a merc by trade but with a somewhat tender heart. She has no compunction when it comes to killing bad folks but she makes sure they're bad folks before she kills. Appearance wise she's similar to Jane Lynch's character in Wreck It Ralph but with some more meat on her bones. She's heavily armored in piecemeal components from various military and SWAT gear. She's naturally wary as well and doubly so with some of the ne'er-do-wells of the group. As such she's a bit standoffish. Scorpio, sexually aggressive, likes scoping punks from afar with her silenced rifle, enjoys Italian food.


Piss is a wiry male Chopper wearing scrounge biker wear, with a face full of piercings and hair a tangled patchwork of braids, dreads, and shaved bits. He leads his biker gang, 10,000 Maniacs, through charisma, intimidation, and craziness and by appealing to their basest instincts, letting them cut loose in ways that the previous leader, Rat Butter, did not. He lives to fuck shit up, have a good time, and hurt people.  
Piss wields a sawed-off shotgun and a crowbar. His bike is a fat-ass ATV with tank treads.

Want is a gaunt, ambiguously gendered hocus, dressed in a collection of vestments borrowed from several modern religions, including a pope hat.  She is very subtly charismatic, with an innocent face and a far away, dazed look in his eyes.  People are prone to believe that she speaks the truth on his studies and connection to the overgrowth.  

His followers, The students of the Green, often opt to stay in their own settlements, possibly because of their crippling drug addictions, but herald is coming with great fanfare.  

Want may not actually believe what he teaches, but knows her way around a congregation and will do anything to improve his safety and power, including passing out the rare mushrooms and weeds he finds on his travels in order to keep his followers loyal, and medicated.  

Yarb is a child-thing who lives in a hovel outside of Live Oak.  She speaks in the third person and carries a big club.

10,000 Maniacs
10,000 Maniacs was a well-armed gang of about 15 violent, filthy bastards with no fucking discipline at all.  Piss took over the gang after killing Winky and deposing his lieutenant, Ratbutter.  The Maniacs were almost entirely wiped out by Cupid.

• Puella (f) & Servus (m) - Cupid's med techs; smart money is on Cornflake McGillicuddy to fuck one of them. Former member of Vip's cult in The Mill.
• The Brainer Kids - Rescued from the facility, now under the tutelage of Want. Kids include Fred (star pupil), Guy Manperson, Perky Dan, Ether. RIP: Leonard, Lumpy, Aardvark, Vicky Den.

• Glue Boy [DEAD] - Former hardholder, lived in an ice cream castle with air conditioning, fucked the dead of the Thunderdome. Killed by Lithium on a job for Harridan.
• Harridan - Brothel owner of "Whores Galore." Paid the group to overthrow Glue Boy. Tumultuous start to the relationship; a bit sore that the group didn't stick around to help her hold power and rode off with some of her female muscle.
• King Hippo - A gladiator of the Thunderdome
• Toulouse - Veterinarian / Angel, proprietor of "Bitches Get Stitches."
• Tumtum - Arms dealer, kind of an idiot.

Live Oak

• Abigail [DEAD] - Cupid’s wife
• Gog [DEAD] - The leader of Live Oak. Well-fed, missing a few fingers, collects teeth in a jar. Seen dead in a Maelstrom vision of Duke's. Killed by Ratbutter's forces when they took over Live Oak.
• Groamer - A guard in Live Oak and recent Student of the Green
• Hi-Fi - A person saved by Want during the battle with Winky's Riders and subsequently appointed the new emissary of the Students of the Green for Live Oak.
• Hugo - A guard in Live Oak
• Old Man Larry - A hermit who lives outside of town with stained-glass windows made of old bottles. High prices but good supplies.
• Lamprey - Weapons merchant in Live Oak; Cupid's brother-in-law
• Omie - The leader of this branch of the Students of the Green. He's usually greasy/oily, as the Students seem to have the market on fuel semi-cornered. Sold out Thuy to the Mill?
• Parcher - A wealthy man in Live Oak who may have sold out the settlement / Duke's daughter
• Roscoe - A young man with no family. Sent through the telepad by Piss.
• Trisha - Duke's childhood friend, still lives in Live Oak. Are things going somewhere?

The Mill

• Baba [DEAD] - Buff guy with eczema, muscle for Pingo, killed by Maple.
• Pingo - Middleman for selling brainers to Barker, squirrelly, pot for a helmet. Left for dead in the Mill.
• Spud - Guard with sniper rifle; interested in Maple
• Vip - Local cult leader, preaches about the Maelstrom and something called "tulpas." He and his cult got their asses kicked by the Maniacs, though he was saved by Cupid and rewarded him with an Artifact, Silver Web.

The Overgrowth

• Chips [DEAD] - An old man with a beard and a colander on his head, had a hut with a strange dodecahedron generator, babbled about robots, teleporters, coordinates, and contaminated water. Killed by Want.
• Fishman - A mutated man with gills who lives in the large lake near The Railyard. Will dive down to forage for treasures in exchange for "fleshy treats." Good to trade with, but potentially dangerous. Sounds like Admiral Ackbar.
• Old Man Turk - Somewhere in the Overgrowth between the Piss Pot and Live Oak. I heard he has spider legs under his bathrobe, and likes little boys.
• The Widow Braily - Widow who used to be a high class New Flamperton lady, used to teach kids until they were taken by "the wolves," Piss fucked her and she gave him some bullets and a noble's ring.

The Railyard

• Caddy [DEAD] - Member of a (deceased) party of men and androids who captured people to harvest for neural grease
• Fleece - A strung out Student of the Green; rat catcher
• Ford - A bribable guard in power armor
• Lincoln - The local arms dealer
• Mitsubishi - The Hardholder

The Rookery

• Flapjacks - Vulture's mother; Piss fucked her. She and the remnants of the Rookery failed to exact revenge on the 10,000 Maniacs at The Mill, and were allowed to leave with their lives in exchange for Barker.

• Vulture Burbridge [DEAD] - Hardholder obsessed with the Zone, no bones in his legs from a Zone-related accident, killed by Lithium

Winky's Riders (Ratbutter's Gang)

• Bumper - One of Ratbutter's bodyguards.
• Downtown - A lieutenant of Ratbutter's, named as such because "all the boys wanna go there."
• Ratbutter [DEAD] - Winky’s former lieutenant who was killed by Piss, then resurrected by Cupid and exiled (along with other bikers loyal to Winky) toward the Zone. Has found a powerful Artifact and is terrorizing towns with his gang, Winky's Riders. Paranoid. has a sweet tooth. Killed by Piss with a grenade launcher.
• Stringy [DEAD] - A gang member known for his trademark lizard-skin mantle and penchant for burning his own nipples during sex.

Unknown Location

• The Old Bastards [DEAD] - A rival biker gang, killed by the 10,000 Maniacs and their guns sold to Live Oak by Duke and Piss
